Open all year, sorry no smoking, small well behaved dogs are welcome, but could you please supply your own dog bowls and dog beds

We pay attention to all guest individual needs, please advise special diets when booking.

Special care is taken to ensure travel to Broadgate farm is via the easiest route please note there is no public transport. we are only to pleased to help with arrangements.

Whilst the closest eating establishment is approx 5 miles away, a comprehensive list  of all the local establishments is available in reception, or table can be booked pre arrival.

Arrival and parking facilities

The farm is located down a farm road appox ½ mile long, it is mainly tarmac then a stone surface.
Guest can parking is next to the side of the farmhouse where the accommodation is located. The surface is smooth concete  leading to a tarmac path by the front door.

All guest are met and asked to register then shown to the accommodation where any questions regarding your stay will be answered.

Assistance with luggage is available on arrival and departure.

Accommodation Facilities

Entrance to the accommodation is via a small entrance hall which has ceramic tiles, with a step of approx. 3” , into the sitting room.
All floors inside are carpeted, except in the en-suite shower rooms, here the flooring in non slip vinyl.
The bedrooms are located on the first floor via a steep staircase, sorry no stair lift available.
All rooms benefit from central heating.
The lounge offers comfortable leather sofas, plasma/tv/sky and a wood burning stove.
The dining rooms leads off the sitting room where breakfast is served.
Both bedrooms, 1 twin, 1 double, offer en-suite shower rooms, tv/dvd/radio alarm along with may other facilities, please visit Broadgate website or Visit England for a full list
Drying facilities available on request, also 24 hour return laundry service available.

Other facilities

Whist we do not offer disabled facilities in the farmhouse, ‘Trampers ‘ can be         pre-booked before arrival, allowing guest to make full use of the footpaths available from our site the bird watching hide, which has ‘Tramper access’ to Cobble Hey Gardens, please phone for details.
